When the release of this album was delayed because Mark went back into the studio I was expecting another double CD as Privateering was but now I see the extra work in the studio was used to create various options on what you could purchase, this being the full works option it seems. Interesting how the music industry is shifting these days, the Box Set collection style seems to be becoming more popular for the collectors out there.

All about grabbing more cash from the hard core fans who already spent on the initial record or at best at least exacting twice as much money. This album should have come as a double CD which included ALL the songs. No excuse.

Thanks, Paul, as always, interesting to see. Luckily, I don't need this, but for other releases in general I just need music on CDs, no vinyl, no gimmicks. Music industry, take note.....

If you wait a couple of months, you'll be able to pick the standard cd version up for next to nothing. But why anyone is still buying cds is something of a mystery.Horrible little things.Buy the vinyl or just stream it.

@@stanleyferdinand5979 Nope. Much better sound quality on cd than lp or streaming if you have a good music installation.

@@MrSparklespring What a ridiculous statement. You're embarrassing yourself.

@@stanleyferdinand5979 Totally agree. Vinyl all the way.

@grossi6330 Not at all. I have good B&W speakers and the quality on cd is better than streaming or lp.
