We went to church regularly, "we walked down the street to church". We didn't have a pianist and I could play the guitar and so I lead the song service with the guitar. And I loved tp be able to do it.. There are so many hymns I can play. I lost track of the ones I know.

My Dad built a little car body over a riding lawn mower for us. My brother and I were ages 3 and 4. It was a great way for us to have fun while mowing the yard until we mowed over Mom's Roses!

I have watched the a couple of x's. I love the sound of the acoustics of ur home. There is something very relaxed. O love the sound of Colleen saying ' uh hum'. Mark, loved your "Q & R" session! You answered some of the questions that I have wondered about in your career! Next time you do one of these, can you give us some advanced notice? Being here in Canada we're on EST and I saw your post but was busy at the time to tune in. Take it easy as your driving to Virginia. I love your idea of getting some video on the road, it might be difficult taping due to the internet or WFI as your traveling. Test it out. Did I tell you before the end of Sept early Oct of 2017, my church came down to help with the clean-up in in Rosenberg TX, they were hit hard during the flood. I borrowed the church van and came into Houston (my 1st time being there, that was an experience in itself) and connected with one of my dear musician friends (from Tanglewood, we've been friends for 38 years, she is a harpist) and had a wonderful dinner DT at a Greek restaurant (can't remember its name) the food was amazing! Have a blessed holiday and happy to know that Colleen will be with you as your traveling. Will pray angels around you for safe journey! WIW

We never did Christmas on Christmas eve because it was my husband's Birthday. mine is the 21st of Dec. So we did Christmas on Christmas! No ifs and or buts, it was on Christmas day. When we were kids our birthdays were upstaged a lot so we agreed it would be on Christmas day.

Mark, just watched on PBS "Christmas With the Tabernacle Choir with Kristin Chenoweth" and she also does a new version of "Mary, Did you Know" the whole program is amazing! Jimmy and Kathy Harrell Hello Jimmy and Kathy. According to her he was 4 years old when he first sang in church and then 9 and started traveling and singing when he was 11. The church was in Houston. He and his family were born in Houston. I do know he moved back to Houston some years ago. Don’t trust me without checking with him though. I do love him and his heart for his Lord and his giftednesses. It’s me again. I woke p dreaming about my first marriage.. wedding...and first meal...sorta... at your favorite cafeteria here in Houston. It was on a Thanksgiving day at a subdivision wide community service. I was so sick I couldn’t concentrate, talk etc etc. Someone saw how sick I was and gave me a pill to put me to sleep warning me to get to our new apartment quickly. I told my new husband I desperately needed some warm soup and to lay down quickly. Soup on Thanksgiving Day...,,, He thought of your favorite cafeteria. He practically carried me in, still in a scratchy wedding dress. He helped me eat the soup, carried me into our new apartment and sorta dumped me on the bed. He spent the night on the couch reading aviation magazines, while I slept off the effects of the pill for a couple of days.

Amy (my wife) and I have chairs like that. My favorite bass singer is J D Sumner. Even though I;m nearly a decade oklder than youy, always thought of you as mentor. Trying to find places where I can minister and hopefully save sould.--"Captain" Gerry Wilson. That was the name I used for the brief time I did standup comedy before Amy and I got married 26+ myears ago. Love "Mary, Did You Know?" especially any version you do.
