Mark - I saw you years ago, 1989 I think. Our choir director brought you to our church. I've never laughed so hard. Miss Barth was my favorite. I was in hysterical tears hearing your story about her.

I was only a child when I saw his act live at a church in California. It may have been Emanuel Faith in Escandido, I forget the year and tour name, I wanna guess, "All Roads Lead to Heaven". At his table we picked up this special on cassette, and later on VHS, and it was a huge hit with our family of 6. He was safe enough for all the church parents and relatable, absolutely hilarious, and masterful with his craft. I could not get enough of it; listening to it on repeat and wearing out the cassette. His act opened a new world inside my kid brain, and honestly he is an icon of my childhood whose comedic influence is affecting even today.

I remember seeing this back in the mid 90s. Wow you were young then. I hate for all of us having to get old every year. Wish we can all stay young. But I know that just can't be done. Anybody out there that are young, like in your 20s, 30, and 40s. Better enjoy being young cause getting old will get you down. I have no idea why I even said that. I guess I've been Reminisce alot of the past. Anyways God Bless You Mark for sharing.

Even though this was a long time ago, I was laughing so hard I started crying. I had straight A's in Spelling & English. If I wrote a letter like that, yes I will be in detention for a week. But then, I get a lecture from my dad later when he got home from work.

We had this on cassette. I would tell my boys if they ever talked to anyone that way they wouldn't be able to sit for a year! It's hard to take mom and dad seriously when they're laughing so hard they're crying.

Your dad gave you good advice, lol! The first time I watched the full-length video, i kept waiting to see what you were going to do with those slippery shoulder pads, and howled when you flung them away from you. Thank you for sharing these comic memories with us. Praying for you always.
