More of this! Incredible to listen to him go into detail on how he got the shot and the interactions with his subjects.

Bloody brilliant! Cheers Mark and B&H for a humble, honest breakdown of what a portrait really is about.

This was the most helpful and encouraging portrait video piece I've seen. An accomplished yet humble photographer not at all afraid to admit something may not have been sharp, or what he expected and providing the "why." Thank you, Mr. Mann, you're an inspiration.

Awesome. Can't agree more. I talk to my clients constantly. Sometimes it ticks them off because they're trying to get into a pose or fake smile or RBF. And I crack them. And get them to give me a true emotion in their face. Ask about their dog eating their shoes, ask about their husband always being late, ask about their wife's honey do list. Ask if they've ever been in a car accident. And I also talk about things I've done to make them comfortable telling me about their lives. They will give you real emotion if you make it personal and become a friend. Because usually nobody does that with them. They seriously want to get into a good conversation with someone and be real. In 30 years we look at the pictures, but the ones with a story, laugh, cry, fear, are the ones we remember the moment.

Inspiring! I have been many times in NYC at B&H, actually a must for evry layover and looking forward for a personal attendance at an "event space". I have seen hundreds of these events on line and this caught me for every single minute. To be honest I am running late and just couldn't avoid of dropping a comment, showing mt gratitude. What a magical Sunday morning start!!! Cheers

Great video that is not about equipment. At the same time I am shopping for a similar monitor. B&H can you please tell me the specific name of the monitor that is being used in this video? Thank you

Although the exact Dell monitor in this video is not mentioned, we do offer the Dell U4021QW 39.7" 21:9 Curved IPS Monitor, BH # DEU4021QW as a consideration. bhpho.to/2XnTeuA
