Sparking zero said that they could add manga exclusive stuff if they want (and they already have) the problem is as you stated because it's not animated, it takes a lot more work to add those stuff as appose to the anime content. But if they want too, they could add ultra ego before the anime animates it.

Hey found a nice secret. If you play a 1 vs 1 against a CPU you must pick SSJ 3 Goku and The CPU must take Hirudegarn. When the CPU has low live you must use Goku‘s Special Move the Dragon Fist. You will get a nice secret ending screen when you defeated him with the Dragon Fist
