You don't own the stadium with the Clippers, they rent Staples for their game which is owned by LA/Kings Owner... Owning the franchise without owning a stadium is like owning a restaurant but not the commercial lot... You want the land! Not just the brand... Big money all year round off and on season with the stadium- the team is all expense, and only profitable when the season is on, and only if you are winning and can make it to the playoffs where the big AD Rev is... Pot-sharing doesn't add up for the non-competitive teams it just keeps them afloat- you got to pay 100 mil to get competitive for a playoff run for the big money... Stadium though brings home the bacon all day everyday for you in many revenue ways than just rent or ticket...

And its normal to wear makeup, AND I grew my nails out so they are natural. I take precautions because the world is a scary place but I still do what makes ME happy. Yes I know human trafficking is real and its terrible but just because I wear makeup and have long nails doesn't mean I will be a victim to human trafficking

A bit early for the nails but not really that big of a deal to judge. I personally say no but then again it's just nails. So it's really not an easy answer. I'm only 40 but extremely old fashioned. So I probably shouldn't be giving my opinion based on the way ppl do things in this day and age. Kids do things super early in my opinion. My kids don't like my old fashioned ways. 😂
