Can you imagine being a player in the dressing rooms listening to this! How pumped would they have been, it is spine tingling stuff. I can't remember a grand final performance before or after Mark that has been as good as this, this is as good as it gets, I feel like jumping the fence and joining the dancers it's so uplifting. I totally agree, I was 25, seen a lot of GF's, this is just so uplifting. Saw Mark several times during his solo career and love his soulful voice. In my opinion both Mark and Jon Stevens are the best I have heard. Mark's version of the Jackie Wilson's classic Higher and Higher is fabulous. Mark was also a dancer in Jenny Morris's hit song Body and Soul. NZ have really given the world some amazing singers, Mark is one them. 🙏

Mark Williams a great entertainer since his school days, Dargaville NZ. Had a band named The Faces, won Northland Battle Of The Bands. The band then came controversial 2nd in Auckland for the NZ title, they had the loudest cheers. Mark sewed his own clothes many thought he was gay, until he eloped with his best friend girl to Australia.
