I think somebody mistook or misread 2.2 as 22! As for the added capacitor on the op amp, perhaps that is a series 2 mod?

Still, the combination of those two caps have a net value of half of what’s stated on the caps themselves. I dunno… I think the opamp mod pertains to something regarding the chip itself, again, I dunno! Tricks galore when you refurb 47 year old devices…
