Pastilla is Moroccan dish not North african and you will not find it in other countries in north africa and don't believe Wikipedia because anyone can write whatever he wants on it and i can also write that the origin of Pizza is Moroccan if i want that but there are very old books who talked about pastila and said it is Moroccan and not North African for example the old book " fadalat Al khwan fi taib Al-taam wa al alwan " which was written in the 13th century and described its recipe. And there are also other books.

Morocco has two seas, the Mediterranean and the Atlantic Ocean, so there are many marine products, and it is the first in the world in exporting sardines. There are many ways to cook sardines in Morocco, about six ways that Morocco is famous for. There are grilled sardines or steamed sardines, there are cooked with vegetables, and there are ground sardine balls, which I love very much. Grilled or steamed, it is very delicious
