Know your source. Whole Foods balance diet with the exception of modern agriculture plants. Live a joyful lifestyle on top of what you’re eating meaning take life a day at a time and move.

The idea that any eating plan has a limited effective course is a wonderful observation ! I would ask, anecdotally I and many others have been Thriving on a maintenance phase eating the same thing everyday for every meal for years! How do we explain that given the observation?

Sigh….. No other animal species have different optimal diets within their species. Lots of conjecture and speculation here, imo.

So what happens when you’re in Alaska and there’s no foraging ? You eat fish or whatever animal you encounter Alaska still has people living there

A balanced diet of Whole Foods animal and plants, with daily movement practice has very little downside you’re kinda wrong

I like a lot of what Joel says but I’ve messaged him before about eating foods in your individual light code and seasonal to you and he kind of scoffed at it…a little funny to see him talk about circadian rhythm…..pineapple in winter in the UK will never make sense….everything is signalling to the body.

I just broke 290 at 45 working on a rebuild, now I’m looking in the mirror trying to decide if I’m too fat 😂. Thanks guys for screwing up my plans 😂

All meat and you’ll die within 2 weeks he says. Yet I’ve gone 3 months with best health of my life then there’s all the carnivore influencers eating only meat for years. Lol

Agreed

What was explained was all protein, meaning no fat and yes you would. Eating a diet of modern meat derived from Holstein cows is a 30%-70% fat diet, basically a keto diet.

All protein, no fat. You would get sick....is what he is referring to.

@@chadnelson1150 yeah a lot of people in these comments with inability to actually listen or they're pausing and commenting before he addresses their complaints (which is another type of stupid.)

Don’t hou think if he s really wanted to help people, he wouldn’t charge for his book? Or prove all meat or all veg is so detrimental. Instead of just saying it’s so. Seems kinda like a shill trying to make money off pools.

grilled cheese before bed. lol. at the start I was intrigued but by the end I realized he knows what hes talking about but maybe doesnt apply it all. But that being said it is true like that for most of us. If you are on that level..... why would you get hungry before bed? you woulda anticipated that and it would never happen because you ate the proper food during the day.
