FIRST 787-10 IN MONTREAL !! KLM Boeing 787-10 Diverts to Montreal (YUL/CYUL)

A heavy snowstorm hit Toronto on January 17 2022, causing their
main airport (Toronto-Pearson) to shut down and not accept any arrivals.
This led to all the aircraft inbound into Pearson diverting, many came to
Montreal, including this KLM 787.
This visit marks the first ever visit of a 787-10 Dreamliner to Montreal.
Montreal already sees many 787-8 and 787-9's on a daily basis
however we were never blessed to see the largest variant; the -10.

Here she is landing 06R, taxiing to the apron, deicing and departing 24L for Toronto. She was delayed 1hr45m here in Montreal as it waited for Pearson airport to reopen

Great video! I actually happened to be looking at a flight tracker and saw that diverted KLM on the day of the snow storm (I'm in Ottawa and Ottawa was also hit pretty hard by the snow storm)

The plane parked at the gate to refuel, nothing more, I had the pleasure of being on the ramp that day supervising the crew handling the diversion, twas a sight to behold
