Well it’s not meant to be normal. For one, it’s a fictional drama and for the other, his character is meant to be supremely gifted which means by definition it isn’t normal. But abilities similar to this (not as exaggerated as Mike’s but similar) do exist. My best friend has a similar memory and we noticed it even back in elementary school
