Not sure why people are saying Crossy isn't complimenting Dan, he definitely is and his commentary about "a bit left", "a flyer" etc isn't putting Dan down it's explaining to the audience what's happening and why - he is making a vlog not just filming a round with his mate so needs to talk about it.

"duffed that but got away with it" "Another 2 feet and that was impossible" "Missed the fairway badly but on this specific hole it doesn't matter" He sounds super insecure when hes getting beat and he def comes off as unpleasant at times.

Don’t worry Mark...my first round at Pebble my score was horrible because I spent so much time just looking at everything and being taken back about being there. But the next 4 times I scored better each time. So the fix is just keep going back!

Been working on my wedges & inside 100 yard distances and when you were 76 yards to the flag and hit a waist to waist 56 degree wedge I immediately in my mind said - too short - and it was. We have basically identical driver clubhead speed and my 75 yard shots is my 95% 62 degree wedge or it is my shoulder to shoulder 56 degree shot - waist to waist is 55 to 60 yards. Love the footage as it is my dream course to play.

I would never hit a 75 yard shot 95% unless I had to hit it really high.would much prefer a smother swing with less loft.

I have just had wedge lessons, and learnt how to use the bounce when pitching. What I love about it is inside 100 yards it brings all 4 wedges into play. So I never need to hit a wedge hard anymore. Finesse

@@adamlawrence3651 I didn't mean 95% of maximum swing effort - I meant 95% of my swing length. My lob wedge, swung using a full length swing and in control at a swing speed you would swing a lob wedge is 80 yards. 75 yards is my favourite goto distance for that club and I like using it at that distance. I also have a shoulder to shoulder swing with my 57 degree wedge that is 75 yards that comes in much lower - that is the swing that I was referring to from this video that Mark hit at 76 yards - where he went waist to waist - because I was practicing this two days last week I recognized immediately that I thought he was going to be short. We all have strengths and weaknesses in our games - I prefer 3/4 to full length wedge shots - when I get to 1/2 swings I tend to be less than good - I'm working on 40 / 50 & 60 yard distances which are basically: 40 yards = waist to waist with 62 degree, 50yards = waist to waist with the 57 degree & 60 yards = ribs to ribs with the 57.
