Old school chicken is ONLY chicken I will eat- PERIOD!!! lol. I have alpha gal disease from a tick bite so can’t eat Pork at all and only very small portions of lean beef once a week so got really burnt out on chicken first year I was diagnosed and now hate chicken with a passion. Duck is good if cooked properly, all fish and seafood is good, some turkey every now and then and a burger or steak every once a week.
