If u followed magic games last season, Markelle been ballin since coming bck in December. Also the magic after a rough start, ended the season pretty well. I’d say a team to watch next season, maybe next few years if they keep building the team

Markelle Fultz and Austin Reaves are both the exact same age to the day, born May 29 1998. And Fultz had to completely re-work his entire shot after the shoulder issues in Philly, which should have set him back a lot further than it did. He's still got all-NBA potential

As a (tired, frustrated) sixers fan, it's really wonderful to see markelle fultz playing at this level. It always sucks to hear people saying he was a bad 1st overall pick and then act like the medical condition he developed was something he could control somehow. Hope he stays healthy and pads this highlight reel as the years go on

It's very interesting to see when he shoots off the dribble or turnaround jump shots his shot looks like it did at Washington but when he is open shooting stand still he has more of a lower set shot. One of the most interesting things I've ever seen from a player.
@evanh.6462 Жыл бұрын
It’s actually kind of misleading when watching highlights. As you may know, he lost his shot due to injury. It took time to get the feeling back for midrange jumpers but he managed to get that back first. His 3pt remained tucked all these years until he suddenly had his Washington form within the last few games of last season. He randomly unleashed it. So it’ll be really exciting to see what comes of his 3pt next season now that he’s able to complete that motion without nerve issues.
@TheFunVeggie Жыл бұрын
@@evanh.6462 yeah I definitely think there is a major mental aspect to it. On the turnarounds/off the dribble he doesn’t have time to think as much about his shot so he is able to shoot it nicely but when he’s open he thinks way too much about his form causing it to be a low set point shot. Hopefully he can get that old Washington shot form back on all his jumpers it was a really nice looking shot.

New front office. Weltman hasn’t done any fuck shit since he arrived 6 years ago. Previous front office would’ve ruined this. But they also wouldn’t have traded for fultz nor would they have drafted Paolo. And they definitely wouldn’t have traded Vuc to get WCJ and the pick that got us Franz. All credit to new front office for having the best young core in true league.
