Ya know, I have lived in Lancaster my entire life, have never been since they started, however I love driving by the round barn seasons at the FCF grounds. Going in....sounds fantastic, having my own booth...intimidating, going as a buyer.....NOPE!!! (I would spend too much money)

Your booth and video is lovely. If I may make a suggestion: your focus is really embroidery, but when a customer walks to your booth, the embroidery is not visible on the sweatshirts, etc. Maybe next year you should think about how you display your embroidery especially, for maximum visibility. Is there a reason you store the cups and lids separately, is it just a better space saver? Also how do you get around having swift merch? I didn't get a close look at the tote bag to see if it's funny spelling or something. Love love those dresses, happy to see other colors, might have to get one!

The top of the boxes don’t close if the lids are on the cups! We try to keep everything organized and just easier to restock :) I just have a few swifty totes I embroidered that I wanted to test out!

Thank you! I use Shopify for my website & markets so it keeps everything in one place. I barcode every single product so I know how many I sold & how much I have left in inventory!

I actually use my phone to record everything I don’t have a fancy camera! At markets, I have a separate device that’s my card reader. I just use my hotspot off my phone for it. I loved recording at this angle I just put my tripod up on top of my totes 😄

Setup looks great but it would give me so much anxiety…when you are in the back checking people out with this setup how did you see what was going on in the front to prevent potential shoplifters? I would personally want to be able to see my entire inventory rather than having it blocked off this way.

Unfortunately, if someone steals from me at events there’s almost nothing I can do it’s just kinda something that potentially happens if you sell in person like this.
