I love your channel and you, but I am really worried about you seeing a "coach" for something so very nuanced like hormones. I could call myself a hormone coach tomorrow if I wanted to. Anyone can give themselves that title, as it's not regulated. I have PCOS too and know how hard it is. Getting this diagnosis was devastating for me, and from what I know, it has been very hard for you too. If you ask any endocrinologist, they will tell you how "trendy" it is right now for people to claim to be experts at hormones with absolutely no qualifications. It's really predatory and quite frankly can be extremely dangerous depending on what they're telling you to do. I really hope you're not paying an arm and a leg to see someone who is like that :( Obviously it is your choice what you do and who you see! However, if you are seeing a coach with no medical credentials (from an accredited university), I highly recommend not sharing the nitty gritty details of your journey publicly. Although what they say to do, may work well for you, I feel it is unethical to share this advice with people on the internet who may assume what you're saying is from someone with a medical license. I say this with the utmost empathy, love, and concern for your situation! I hope this is not taken in the wrong way. As I said, I really empathize with your situation and understand how hard it can be. I just worry someone is taking advantage of you for financial gain. I watch entire youtube channels dedicated to debunking what internet "coaches" do and have seen how dangerous it can be for people who just want to get better.

I hear you. I really appreciate your concern. I know you're looking out for me. I haven’t had a regular menstrual cycle for years. Within 4 weeks of working with her I got my period. I went years going to doctors who are clearly medically licensed who couldn’t help me except put me on birth control. I completely agree there are people out there who scam and say they do something and then don’t. But my coach is a certified dietitian who focused on women and has changed my life for the better. On top of that I never said what works for me will work for others. PCOS is different for every woman. I don’t take you comment offensively I appreciate the concern. I just do my research before just talking about this.
