Market Shopping 2023 Downtown Kingston, Jamaican

Thank you for taking us shopping with you. Now I finally get to know the prices of produce in the market. The last time I went to the market I was a child of 8 years old with my mother. I had to beg her to take me with her. I remembered that there were lots of men pushing handcarts and I was intrigued and was gazing as my mother puts it. That was in the 60’s, I would like to have someone take me again. Looking back I never thought I would have migrated and never go downtown again 😞 Thank you for sharing 🙏🏽👍🏽

You did a great job shopping for local produce. Very fresh and healthy. The prices are really expensive in the local market. I can imagine what goes on in the Supermarket . Local red peas is the best. So soft with a lot of flavor.. Thanks for taking me along.. Cheers.
