They carried the whole heavy stomach full of......from the market and cleaned it sort of. Shop keepers must clean it and sell Tripe to customers which is safe to cook. This way they can prevent contamination spreading to the entire stomach. It needs more cleaning in my opinion. Preperation was interesting though..
