Amazing... it's so interesting from a Social Media Analyst POV to have a deep dive on Adobe Analytics in order to understand the contribution of Social Media (organic or Paid) on the main KPIs. And as well to have a deep dive on the main social media campaign that performed better in terms of conversions and engagement on the website.

What should be the ideal order for Referring Domains, Internal (Session Refresh) and Direct channel? If we put Referring Domains at the last (after Direct), then will the traffic coming from third party website get captured under Ref. Domain? In my case, I landed on my site from third party website (by clicking on ads banner) but in Adobe that hit got bucketed under Direct

Hi Nikhil - the recommended order is Internal, Direct, then Referring Domain. We provide more details on rule order and definition here: experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/components/marketing-channels/c-rules.html?lang=en#prerequisites

I have created 18 different marketing channels and I could only see 6 channels color has been changed and for the rest 12 has single color. Please help me how to change the individual colors for the rest.

Hi Balu - if you click on the color swatch, it allows you to pick from other colors. Those colors are only applied in the legacy Reports & Analytics UI though; they won't be applied anywhere in Analysis Workspace.

The screenshots are REALLY hard to see. Consider bumping up the quality of the videos.

Hi Sally - sometimes the "Auto" KZbin quality isn't set to the highest option. Try adjusting to 1080p under the Video's settings gear, that should help.

The guest gave such vague answers. Really not helpful overall.
