So big competition like my shop as a centre around 50 kilometre radius there are 30 active dealers. I am mechanical engineer I worked hard when I am young now age is 33+ now I can't work physical like young. So I run add for my business in website & Indiamart also I can't increase my margin so I may loose Clint. My issue is internal I have 4people in shop I give salary with incentive but without them I can't run business. All they are long time with my father & me. They are not obeying my ideas, They ego with each other salary some people do good in sales Service people less income. How to do manage workers I have nerves while speaking with them. They run individual KZbin & face book video and ask for their price act like a dealer. I receive more calls & service follow-up for my customer & my sub dealer customer. Help me to How to handle workers How to create a system Main problem is they are not teaching to upcoming employees
