Sir, First of all, I congratulate you for such a beautiful presentation which has cleared the basic concepts of SEM. I am a Research Scholar. I have studied skill development model of different countries. And have devised a questionnaire of 84 items. I want to use SEM . Although I have devised the questionnaire keeping in mind the underlying factors (constructs) in Skill Development, yet I am a bit doubtful to name those constructs and segregate the items properly. Your insight in this subject could really help me. Kindly share your mail id to discuss further
