Im not exactly sure about ur question, so I'm gonna cover it both ways. For the map, it takes a couple hours to maybe a day or 2 to complete, depending on setting for this particular boss battle- esque map, it took me like a few hours but, like jigarbov said in a different comment, you gotta give your employees some positive re-enforcement which will help ur maps complete way faster
