Blackstone's Gray on AI, Real Estate, Office Rents

Blackstone President Jonathan Gray talks about their latest earnings report which saw the firm beat Wall Street expectations. Gray also says the worst is over for the global office market and the alternative asset manager is close to buying a 50-story Manhattan skyscraper. He speaks to Bloomberg's Sonali Basak.
