Having a population of 1.4 BILLION people and growing, alongside a democratic outward looking economy helps. As does the fact that English is widely spoken in the country. This is India's "demographic dividend" coming home to roost.

@@stephaniehale946 Another factor for India is that there is a lot of pressure on educational attainment in that country. There is that academic pressure in China too, but that is not a outward looking democratic institution. It's why Chinese companies are more insular and inward focused with top Chinese talent rising to the top within China. The work ethic of many Indians, combined with a global outlook, means they are more likely to spread out across the globe and is why top Indian talent rises to the top in Western countries, as we have seen in the UK and USA in recent years.

Still trying to transfer my funds three weeks so far, I don't think you'll be growing your business in the US if they experience the level of incompetentance of dealing with your institution. As a banker for 14 years you are going to have to improve your consistency in information and service to thrive in the US market.
