People who are new yo investing are simple. When there are wars, gold rises. When you hear there will be peace, it will drop. Secondly, inflation is also a factor. Real estate does the opposite. When there are wars, real estate does the opposite. Buy when everyone is afraid and sells when people become greedy.

Silver is dead and gold hits new ATH almost every week, I'm so happy I sold half of my silver stack years ago and bought more gold
