How will Saudi Arabia Manage This .... ? How will Saudi Bring Tech Talent ..... ? They would have to pay at least 3 times the 'Silicon Valley' salary to the Talent from India, China, Taiwan. Yes Saudi has the Money to setup the Infrastructure, but i doubt that They will we able to attract Talent The CEO speaks about Engineers from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Egypt. But those Countries don't have Capable Talent.
