I love your brutal honesty with your worries, thoughts and excitement. My car’s side mirror was recently smashed and I was just as devastated as it is my first car and I haven’t been driving it for long. I am good + tired + hopeful + feeling disconnected. Been hearing the phrase "work hard while you're young" too much lately and after taking 2 months off earlier this year my perspective on work + money + quality of life has changed a lot. I'm sure your week off was wonderful and I am definitely feeling the need for the same, especially with my boyfriend working so much too... he has been over working because his store was under staffed. He's on his last week of training the new shift managers and I've just been visiting him at work on my days off and after work because I miss him so much. He's really the only person besides my coworkers that I talk to. Its hard to find good people that aren't energy killers. Your vlogs (and Zoe's cause I'm not gonna lie I found you through her) have definitely kept me more sane lately and feeling more human and connected to people. Thank you. I was a bit shaky at work today (Probably due to the having feeling ill before I got into work and skipped breakfast because I couldn't eat) but because this lady came in screaming and complaining and it was quite overwhelming I felt yeah shaky, nervous I suppose. For poached eggs they are tricky little buggers and I have to make 40-60 a day in work the easiest way I’ve found is boiling water with white wine vinegar in, crack you eggs into a separate dishes and drop each one into the water once in turn down to a simmer you should get perfect eggs! Loved the video so interesting to see what people choose for you

A little too for poached egg if you struggle, put some cling film into a cup but leave it hanging over the side, crack your egg into the cling film and twist the top so the egg is enclosed. Drop the cling film into the water and then when cooked take it out and put it on the toast xx

Like shit is rough right now but like I’m fighting like hell to be alright and like to just keep my head afloat! Like i legit had the biggest panic attack/ mental breakdown in front of my friend and i have never ever showed anyone that side of me. So it was like scary bc i was sooo vulnerable!
