You talking about how you feel so much better after a weight has been lifted off your shoulders, because you looked after yourself and did something which needed to be done (talking about something) has inspired me to do something about an issue that I've got going on at the moment - actually a physical one because I am better at dealing with my mental self care than I am physical, because it can be so expensive. Honestly I woke up this morning and freaked out, but seeing you all like this and your response mark (ah you're just honestly the nicest human being) - I did it and I am now minus one wisdom tooth.
