Zombie explosions dont hurt zombies. You can group many zombies in a small area by using the "go that way" zombie to trap them in a corner before sacrificing the traffic conductor. Use explosions to throw many zombies at guys with weapons.

Mark, when the TV is green, it shows you some tips about the new abilities that you got. Also, you can (and should), use the explosion to kill people and, sometimes, throw your zombies forward. I must admit, this game looks very simple, but it is also very cool. After the first episode I decided to play it and got kind of addicted (at this point, I already ended it and did most of the challenges). :P

Mark whenever you get a new ability or zombie there will be a lit up TV with a green screen and that explains what it does. Also you gotta click the TV.

you can use explosions to vault zombies over the gap on the other side. zombifying the afro dude then exploding that one to get to the leather jacket dude.

for the one at the bottom, you explode a zombie just before it hits the floor so the explosion hits one of the humans , in turn infecting everyone else.

There is one thing about anything horror genre that bothers me: at 9:28, there's that one girl who just stands there and screamed her head off until she gets bitten and turns. WHY DO THEY NEVER RUN!?! I mean, come on!! Guys, gals, if you can stand still for a solid minute while a zombie is crawling towards you, YOU SHOULD RUN!!! But noooooooo, because those shamblers are "so fast" while they walk at a lazy 1 mile per hour, they just can't get out of the way until a whole horde munches on their limbs!

One detail - she's standing next to a reinforced door that probably cannot even be opened (even the "explode!" ability wouldn't bring it down), and in front of her is a horde of zombies. So she's kinda stuck in a dead end, without any way to defend herself. How would you react? Also, if the AI in this game would be "this smart", the game would be downright annoying. Some enemies can take out *all* of your zombies (for example the chainsaw guy in later levels who basically rushes in on your zombies killing them instantly, who can only be stopped by explosion, spit, jumping over... or not getting in his way). And don't even get me started on 'the preist' added in new DLC, it's the same as chainsaw guy except he spits fire at you that also kills one hit.
