They are the same. Well, kind of. The Visitor kills people and adds their features to his body, while Foreign Creature doesnt have to eat anything and he doesnt kill the person hes going to posses, he rather goes straight inside it. Both have telekinetic powers too. In conclusion, they are somewhat same but with small details.
