Mark, the Lament or the green cloudy creature can be stealth killed. You have to hit it twice just as with the Hysteric (the weird witch lady). The thing is, the Lament is really stupid, so you can stealth kill it, but don't go full speed crouched down as it will notice you. You have to go slower and then you will get the jump on it. If it is the only creature nearby, it's not that hard to take out. Then after hiding (when things calm down), rinse and repeat and you will take it out. I think they are worth 1,200 green gel, so definitely worth the time.Also, definitely start taking advantage of the smoke bolts and the upgrades for it. They will blind the enemy and as long as you don't get swiped by them, it will allow for you to run up and stealth kill them while they are standing and flailing. You'll actually get a achievement after killing so many of them in smoke. :)

For anyone who might want to attempt this game someday and decide you want to play the Markiplier way with stealth; the lady in the sewers can actually be souped. It just takes 2 soup deliveries to do it. The demidogs can also be souped but it's a lot harder to sneak up on them. Smoke bombs, when upgraded, can be very reliable in delivering soup to your many expecting customers.

I think it's because they're so focused on the character/small area around the character and where they're going that they forget about the extras. We aren't controlling the character, so we are able to remember little things like that and we are looking at a wider area than the player so we notice more. It's still frustrating though. Pro tip with bottles: You can stun enemies by hitting them in the face with a bottle and then insta kill them with melee. This also works on enemies who are sitting on the floor. Just hit them in the face with a bottle and they'll stand up dazed and can then be insta killed.

The lady is basically a demon of fear. She uses Sebastians fear from the first game against him.
