Enjoying all the old songs and remembering my youth. I was in the adult choir at my church, singing alto at age 8, next singing specials at church at 10-12 yrs and 15 I was in local quartet, Now at 76 I just sing, which part I hear, mostly top soprano, love singing, Use whatever talent God has given you!!

In the 1970s, a youth group approached their pastor asking if we could invite the Lanny Wolfe Trio to our church. He said yes if we made all the arrangements and raised the money. We worked our butts off and one Friday night Emmanuel Pentecostal Church in New Westminster , B.C. Canada was packed to then afters for a Lanny Wolfw Concert. What a wonderful night of music and worshop we had. And then we all went out to eat.

I’m 60 now. I started listening to Lanny Wolfe Trio when I was 11 or 12 years old while in Okinawa Japan. The youth leader would pick us up in that mini van and all the way to youth service we would jam out with the Lanny Wolfe Trio!! Precious memories of my best child hood memories!

What memories of these songs!! I can remember these songs from my teen years in teen choir. And all the way up into Bible college and afterward. These are wonderful songs and bring me back to a time when life was simpler yet we thought things were hard! Thank you you Mark, Phillip and the Lammy Wolfe trip!! I was independent Baptist yet many of these songs were sung in my Baptist church, the Baptist Bible college that I attended and the Baptist Church that was affiliated with the college that I attended while in college.

Hi Mark. Hope you're feeling better. I enjoyed today with all the music and having Lanny Wolfe Trio. It was the first time seeing them there with you. I do have a prayer request. My parents are in need some healing & being healthy. There was a little scare with my stepmom on having a small heart attack. I'm in need for some prayers as well. I have a few things going on. On the west Memphis 3 I think you should research before you blame someone. Damien Echols, Jessie Misskelley Jr., and Jason Baldwin are the West Memphis Three, three teenagers accused of murdering and sexually assaulting three boys in 1993. Echols was sentenced to death, Misskelley to life in prison plus two 20-year sentences, and Baldwin to life without parole. In 2011, the three men were released after entering Alford pleas, which gave them a time-served sentence plus 10 years' suspended sentences. However, DNA testing later established that none of the three men were the source of any of the biological material tested.
