Octosari + The Demon Seed = 100,000+ Fatigue DAMAGE!!!

The goal of this Wild Hearthstone Deathrattle Warlock OTK combo deck is to use The Demon Seed combined with Octosari! We do this by completing The Demon Seed Questline and playing Tamsin Roame, double Reverberations, 8 copies of Tamsin's Phylactery, and Plague of Flames for the OTK! Super fun meme deck! Good luck!

For calculating fatigue damage, you can use the formula n(n+1)/2 to calculate the damage, where n is the number of cards drawn.

Can I see your math on that? I got 99,905 damage but I might have done something wrong. I took the average of the data then multiply by 447? (447/2) X 447 = 99,904.5 Edit: Never mind forgot 0 isn’t a part of the data so it’s the average between the highest and lowest numbers ie 1 and 447 so [(447+1)/2] X 447 = 100,128

Since the 7th fatigue card dealt exact lethal to find what negative helath they'd end up at we sum integers from 8 to 447. We can do this by finding the average of the sum of 8 and 447 the nultiply that by the number of fatigue cards drawn 470. So (440)(8+447)/2 = 100,100 negative health. Edit: i miss read the final fatigue card it was 447 not 477 i changed the math. What a nice number now😅

I wonder if we can go further with this strategy... Like, using less Tamsin's so you can get Void Virtuoso and Devourer of Souls on board... Then pinging off all the Tamsin's with Rain of Fire... To then copy the Devourer and ping them off 1 by 1 until you have 1 left which you Treachery over to your opponent with a Baron. I've been trying to think about such a combo, but I believe hand space is an issue with it (Even with a 12 card hand thanks to Valdris)

Math is easy, for fatigue damage we can use n(n+1)/2 = 447*224 which comes to be 100128 dmg, could've been 448 more with an empty deck at the start of the combo

Is crystallizer working as intended at 6:09? I've been playing hearthstone for awhile and the card reads "Deal 5 damage to your hero. Gain 5 Armor." But it just gives armor without dealing the damage.

Because after the Demon Seed is completed, the damage you take is instead taken by the opponent. So, you just gain the armor, opponent takes the damage. Big double dip!

No, because when Plague of Flames kills Rivendare his effect ceases and will not affect deathrattle minions killed at the same time.

So 8 demon seeds on 7 Tamsins, each deathrattle drawing 8 cards. 8*7*8 is 448. Because you had one more card left, that's 447 ticks of fatigue damage. Adding all that together, you end up with 100,128 damage But you could have gotten 100,576 if you waited another turn

the lamest part about blizz removing all the negatives is that people still have to sit there while the combos play out. so their intent was to remove a "feels bad moment" in someone seeing how bad they got beat by. however this may be worse because they now sit there waiting on a combo and not knowing how bad they were beat by but the time sink is still there, but more meaningless as far as context.

Once the combo starts it doesn't matter if you concede, because the game will still play out the deathrattles and the animations for the player who initiated them, but the conceding player does not have to watch them all. The guy Mark played against most likely scooped and then went on to play 1 or 2 more games of Ranked before Mark was even done with the animations lol
