Fell in love with Nightwish upon first hearing them in '98. I've accepted them in each new incarnation with new vocalists. I LOVE Floor Jansen. Saw them live in Metalfest (Pilsen). Originally only Tarja was announced, but when she brought Marko to the stage, the whole amphitheater erupted into applause. And when they started with some old Nightwish songs like "Wish I had angel" the whole Metalfest area, despite being drenched by thunderstorms for 2 whole days, was full. And even surrounding buildings and spaces were filled with bystanders who came or just stopped by to listen to the old Nightwish. Absolutely epic, especially for people like me who found Nightwish only after Tarja left.

I grew up listening to nightwish and still do to this day, Nemo, I wish i had an angel, Phantom of the opera and all the perfect songs they did with Tarja and Marco, now watching them singing together again in 2024 is something magical I don't know how to explain and I know many of the old people here feel the same. After everything that's happened this truly brought me to tears. The ending, head to head, after Marko hit the note at 4:00 with the "I think you know" had me in SHAMBLES.
