I think big slopes/ big pieces have a place when used well, the juxtaposition of brick size creates more dynamic shapes and forms. The rock work here is good. The only sad part of this build is that it is limited to 12 hours and you did not realize the mech.... So I would like to see an add on to this with more space and the mech. This is a cool theme.

@markoffalworth yep my favorite mov is when you build the Coliseum also do you know what happens when the Romans stopped using the coliseum it was because a Priest jumped in the coliseum and started preaching in the Colosseum the gladiators to kill him after that the Romans felt bad and shut down all the Colosseums

Aww I’m sorry man. Just keep slowly collecting and eventually you’ll have a mountain of bricks! It took me 25 years of a little bit per month to accumulate this much. Or maybe try more compact themes like mechs and vehicles! I see great builders working from a single desk! 😃

Looks great even after your huge RR MOC, which is pretty hard to beat! Rock Riders is another theme that makes me wish, Lego still made old brown and dark gray. Mark the Slopebro

Cool build as usual! I think this is the first time you had to pivot on a major part of the build due to time, but it still turned out great. However, I feel like it should have involved more brown, either in the environment or the rock monster. Preferably in the latter as I was never a fan of how different they looked in the game than they did in the sets. Not only would that have helped the monster stand out more, but also make it feel more like a Rock Raiders MOC. As it is, it feels a bit more like Power Miners. I don’t mind the big slope at all. It’s a nice technique and I like the idea of you adopting a calling card (or should I say calling slope) for your builds. 😄 Hope you had a rock-solid Christmas!

Have to say, I’ve really enjoyed this whole series because you build very cool little diorama Mocs, but the 12 hour thing is nothing but annoying. If you need more time to make it more interesting/what people want to see, just take more time. There’s not a single viewer who’s worried about whether or not you finish in 12 hours. Every single viewer would probably have liked to see you make a rock raiders vehicle (what the entire theme is about).
