How did you implement multiple notes playing at the same time using the Markov Chain? Did you specify the duration of each note played or do you have NoteOn and NoteOff events? Or are you encoding all played notes at one time as an array?

Each note stores a key, velocity, and duration (plus a few other fields I use to keep track of instruments and MIDI stuff).
