CML line jab aap draw karte ho in Markowitz Portfolio Theory, which is tangent to portfolio on Efficient frontier is nothing but Sharpe Index. MTP sirf ye kehta hai ki portfolio banane ke liye aise stocks ka selection karo jinke bich me Negative Correlation ho matlab ek dusre se related NAHI ho, alag alag sectors se ho. Agar economy ke kisi bhi sector me fluctuation ayega, toh sirf ek hi stock ko effect krega.
