What pound line do you use and what line

Hi Damion. I was using the Fox Exocet Pro in 23lb here. It sounds heavy but it has a really low diameter of just 0.40mm which is about the same as many other 15-18lb lines on the market.

With regards to the competition:- 80lb 2oz. Wow guys, what a film, what a lake and stock, and what a result all-round ! Big well done to all of you, firstly congratulations on your wedding, all the best to your future together. Massive well done on your pb, and your haul of big fish in general, this whole film had such a great feel good element throughout. 😁 😉 your wife's smile when holding her fish was so great to see, and you guys look great together. Honestly I was Buzzed for all of you the whole way through, and actually clapped when the weight registered on your final personal best fish. 🎣 👍 I've been away from carp angling for a few years, but tuned back into it in last 12 months, through films like this, and reading stacks of my old carp magazines that gladly I have kept from the mid 90's onwards, and reading Carp legends books etc so I've tried to keep a hand in, but a friend got intouch last week and has a full second set of gear and we're planning on going for a weekend soon, so I'm itching for that. Can't wait to get back out there.
