Fill view Mark - I enjoyed the relaxed vibe from the start. A few navigational issues but that's the rural landscape - it's different on the ground. I did the Mortimer Trail last year. I loved it - as you know it's well wooded/all the way. If interested it's on my channel a few videos back. Well, you had a nice still day. Ideal! All the best. Mark

@@WyeExplorer i cant believe its a year since i enjoyed this walk..Sadly last weeks weather put paid to a new video planned in Credenhill Woods when i was in Weobley last week..so March is my next visit. ive watched your Mortimer trail, its a great stretch to do over a couple of days. much quieter than anything in Cumbria. Once Stanley is fully grown i should get back to some regular walks again. atb Mark

Great walk again. Last time we were down there we found a great cafe at the entrance gate to the castle in Ludlow. Just on the right as you go in. Anyway, looking forward to the next one

That's possibly the booking office cafe ,but opposite that is the buttercross one ,where they do the most lush raspberry sorbet. .That forest does remind me so much like Whinlatter, so many tracks and options , different car parks too, next time yer down give it a go , atb Mark
