Awesome video per usual Mark! We all know that tuning suspension is "give an take"... you can lower the ride height, stiffen the dampening (not the spring) and play with the sway bar thickness to help the cornering speed and stability but you lose the awesome scale looks on the rough terrain. Our goal was to make slow-mo videos look just like the real deal trucks... if people want a better cornering vehicle maybe consider the Lasernut or Tenacity TT.

That's a sick looking truck :)! Nothing wrong with getting free stuff as it helps with the massive cost of running a sub 100k channel. I have only ever had one company try and control what I said, and I don't have anything to do with them after that. ALL the others have let me say whatever I like. If the company stops sending you stuff after a review, well that speaks volumes. I agree with Kevin that it's always better to purchase kit yourself but that's easy to do and say when you make more money with one single video than three months of videos when you are small. Like most things in life, it's not 100% black or white.

I have the King shock baja rey with some modifications which the best ones have been a locked rear and locked center diffs! On asphalt (2s) full throttle gets that rear end sideways rather than throwing all power to the front driver wheel that has the least amount of traction. I have no avc and locking the center an rear really helped with how wild it would handle. Soon will add a new gyro

Hi mark, does it feel like a small udr? I love my udr, but sometimes it’s just too big or heavy to travel with, and from what I can tell, this seems like a good alternative.

Well it's a "nes" or "yo" ... The UDR has freaky real scale behaviour. The Baja Rey is not as planted to the ground but if you like dialing in setups you can get a phenomenal driving experience out of the Baja Rey. And it's easier and a little cheaper to work on but also far less tuning parts available. If you run on hard high traction surfaces you have to use other rear tires to break the rear loose in corners or you'll barrel roll to nirvana....

I don’t own this model but have owned race buggies. The body roll will be due to the suspension height. Maybe try to soften the suspension so it feels more separated. If you go too soft it will bottom out too much so I’d say there is a sweet spot. Good video man 🤘

my buddy owns one on S3 kind of hard to control but it's a lot of fun to go super fast as to does a little better under control not as fast but still the same performance but you do have to counter steer a lot with it cuz it will roll

It looks like the tires are super grippy, compared to the V1 or the UDR. So instead of getting that throttle induced oversteer, it traction rolls a lot. It’s sweet though, I may get one.

Pro-Line do rhe same body for the Slash and TRAXXAS UDR also clear versions . the jack handke is between the spare wheels and the box (no idea what the box is for, They do an Ford Raptor style body that also looks good but I would have this style body to match my Super Baja Rey clone and UDR.

It really does glide over the bumps and grass like a champ. Takes the jump real nice. Cant wait to see it in the dirt as it seems like it would drift around corners rather than roll. I think the Raptor should look sweet as well. Maybe in another video you can put another Losi next to it so we can compare size. It looks fairly large. So many cool RC's out there like the Lasernut but honestly I have never seen one in person. Great job and thanks for sharing. 👍

8:50 what are everyone's thoughts on charging lipo batteries over 1C? I've been charging my 5,000mAh 3S batteries at 5A charge rate as I heard that's good for longevity of the pack. 🤔

Charging over 1C will only degrade the cells faster and they will take on less charge giving shorter runtime. I always charge at 1/2C unless I'm in a hurry.
