Mark, after watching this video I can safely say that I have learned NOTHING new. Why? Because I’ve been watching your channel for 2 years now and knew or thought of the same stuff thanks to you! I’ve been telling all of the same things on my job and that first led to conflict with product owner (I was an analyst at the time). Well, as soon as we hit a major roadblock with our product thanks to PO that wanted to always look good and presented everything as not having any problems, the inability to adapt to changes that led to product launching in a broken state was out in the open. PO was asked to leave, I was asked to fill the role temporarily as higher-ups were looking for the new PO. And after ~40 candidates they decided there’s no one better for the job than me 😊 Nevertheless, I have to constantly recite agile principles to people on a weekly basis, bad habits are hard to overcome.
