One can say what they want, and even hate Techno and EDM if that's what they feel like. Yet being from 1995 when Techno really was a newbie to the music industry, I've had the honor of following the genre develop from scratch, to the hundreds of Techno-subgenres it is today. Electronic music under the genre of either Techno or Trance really is something special, and every day I hear old people talking about how electronic music isn't real music… I tell them that music is not about wether you play acoustic instruments and sing into a microphone, it's about expressing emotions through an art form. If you ask me, there can be told much more of a story through good Techno and EDM than of a song with it's sung lyrics. Techno takes you on a journey through your own mind, showing you the beautiful side to this life!

I hate when people make this mistake. This is happy hardcore, this is a subgenre of hardcore, which itself is a subgenre of electronic music. Techno is a completely different genre,( check out jeff mills for "real techno") which is much slower and much more repetitive. It seems that the words techno and edm these days are just meaningless buzzwords for "that music made with the computers." This is not ment as and insult against S3rl and happyhardcore ( Happyhardcore is my favorite genre) but rather a way of correct people who get broad genre classifications wrong.
