When Markus Schulz embarked upon his special audio-visual Escape Tour across the United States, his intentions were signalled by the opening moments of the premiere episode in his home state of Arizona. The track in question was Vortex; marking his first collaboration with one of the most exciting talents to emerge in the trance scene for many years, Coldharbour favorite Daxson.
The Manchester resident has captivated audiences with a slate of some of the highest regarded releases we have been privileged to release on the label, including the wonderful While We Wait, which featured on In Search of Sunrise 16. With Vortex however, his and Markus' talents opt for a powerful no-nonsense anthemic touch.
