I'm a military brat and Veteran...lived in South Korea as a kid and was stationed there as an adult...Korean cuisine is one of my absolute favorites, so much so that I prepare it for my family and seek out restaurants/grocery stores wherever I go. I visited Seoul 2 weeks ago and went to many of the restaurants that Mark recommended and they were so delicious!! I specifically tried the samgyetang, chilled buckwheat noodles, barrel grill galbi, and kimchi jiggae and they were all so good!
