You're Welcome Mark! I’m deeply touched and grateful that you visited my country to showcase our unique street food culture. It’s amazing to see you explore the vibrant markets, taste traditional dishes like zebu skewers, and interact with local vendors. Your enthusiasm highlights the rich culinary traditions of Madagascar that we are so proud of, and I’m excited that more people around the world can now see and appreciate the flavors and hospitality of our beautiful island!

You must have amazing metabolism in your country. Everything is fried, fried, fried. We call it heart attack food. Looks tasty though. I would eat one dish at a time though. And you are wrong. Madagascar is quite well known and people do know about your tradition and culture...👍

@@isacr4063 "You must have amazing metabolism ... Everything is fried, fried, fried" ... LOL Don't you have anything better to say? You sound like an old, closed-minded colonialist. By the way, I think you are the one who is wrong. I am half american, madagascan. And I can guarantee you, most Americans can't even tell where Madagascar is on the map. The only time they have heard of Madagascar is through the cartoon. If you ever been to Canada, Mexico, UK or even Asia, it is the same thing. None of them can tell where Madagascar is on the map. Some were even shocked that it does exist.

Madagascar is a melting pot of African & Asian influences which is the reason why the food is so amazing. It sort of reminds me of a mixture of Phillipines and West Indies cultures. The food looks basic but delicious and satisfying especially combined with the chili sauces. Another island of gems & treasures!! This tour is going to be phenomenal!! Thanks Mark for bringing us back to Madagascar!! Wishing you & your family safe travels and many more blessings always!! Cheers!!🍓🍌🍅🌶🧄🧅🍻

Oh, Mark, your enthusiasm is contagious. You are becoming a world ambassador for food and unity. Madagascar is a nation that is not much explored by usual tourists, and you are here doing a fantastic job 👏 The street buzz is quite similar to the confusion of any Indian streets, traffic, honking, and so are its folks. How can they still stay slim after eating highly fatty foods, I wonder. If I consume those foods, my cholesterol would spike. Waiting for upcoming episodes.

Antananarivo’s way of having morning coffee has Starbucks beat! The huge, I guess you called them bladders? The huge bladders of coffee. The way the street vendors make your coffee for you. Having an actual coffee cup. The way everyone stands around the vendor enjoying their morning coffee . So different than ordering your coffee online and then grabbing it on your way into work and then mindlessly drinking it as you drive to work.
