Hello. This is Mark Wildman of Wildman Athletica, and today we’re going to talk about how to bash your own face in 😂 Best channel on the internet

Mark this has been a really kick-ass rehash after following your content for some time. I would love a inside /outside mill breakdown in a similar way, I'm still finding I haven't mastered it well.

Same! I need help with learning the 180 degree alternating pullover, mill and reverse mill. He's got videos showing these but I need a little more technical instruction so I can keep progressing through single-arm exercises 👍
@EnemyOfEldar2 жыл бұрын
He's done that boyos: just look back through his videos. Took me ages to get. There like a scoop when it's behind your head you gotta get. In my opinion it is a wrist Strength thing it will come.
@travishibachi2 жыл бұрын
@@EnemyOfEldar I've watched the videos but I need more detailed instructions as to how to execute certain patterns in general or certain transitions. I'm looking around to see what I can find because my technique needs work before I'm ready to start doing volume cycles 👍

Looking like some fine Ohio mad-max settings. Or Cyborg. Have been doing the double arm version. Will attempt this. But not with the 45….yet.
@maxpower80522 жыл бұрын
I wonder if the backside pass would help with or could be used in lieu of learning the 180 degree pullover if you jump up in weight with the three weights for the circles, shield casts, pullovers, and pendulums
@MarkWildman2 жыл бұрын
it can certainly be used that way

What I took away from this was: It looks cool, but just don't. Seriously, don't. No "yeah, but's..." no "...but I want to look cool at doing stupid shit..." just simply Don't Do It.

Like the movement but not worth it IMO With a 99.9% success rate I’m still going to bash my face a couple times a month

Is there any merit to always keeping it on the same side shoulder park on each side?
@MarkWildman2 жыл бұрын
I mean…. You can literally do anything. But I just don’t see the need for that, but maybe someone could find a well articulated reason for it
@cucciafr682 жыл бұрын
@@MarkWildman I'm sure Leo Savage will find a reason with a mace

I’m sure he will… with a 10lb mace it’s a different story

Old Georgia Pacific Pulp & Paper Mill. They left the Digester vessels & a couple of the buildings. The immediate background is a park and the large brick building they hope to turn into a convention center.
