I remember getting home from 1st grade every day just in time to see the opening credits for her show ( season 2-4 no vocals ). She was the most beautiful brown eyed girl I'd ever seen in my life! I saw her just a few years ago on some recent documentary. She was still so beautiful. Still loving THAT GIRL.

Interesting points. She and Barbara Feldon (Agent 99 on "Get Smart") were very cutting-edge in fashion. But Elizabeth Montgomery was still wearing knee- length skirts and skinny pumps (and white gloves) in 1967. The reason is simple: Samantha was a wife and mother; 99 and Ann Marie were single. Intriguing era.

I'm sorry to hear that Ronald. I have to admit I had a huge crush on Marlo Thomas on this show ("That Girl") -- there are a few stars I probably am lucky not to have ever met in person -- I'm glad to keep my thoughts of them positive.

Rude arrogance is the best way to describe Marlo Thomas.I met her in Washington DC some years ago and she was extremely rude.

If only part of "That Girl and Phil" is true, Marlo had a big arrogance problem. Hope she's over it now.

Hard to believe that Marlo Thomas was so rude? How would you know? Were you there with me? What a ridiculous thing to say.All these celebrities are so vain.

Unfortunately her ego is even bigger than her TV show from the sixties. I met Thomas in 1995 in Washington DC.She was rude and arrogant.
