This took me 3 hours to do considering this was my first time working on a iPhone. The iPhone would not turn on after I put everything back together. I had to force restart the iPhone to get it to turn on, I thought I broke it at first. thankfully it worked and everything seems to be working now. Considering how long it took I would probably never do this again.

Hey i have some questions pls. I hve a habit of cleaning my phone with wet tissue offen, can that cause any damage to phone if water goes inside through the pots? My audio failed the output test at genius bar recently as well. Do they have to change the display? Can’t they just fix the audio ports and charging port as having issues with both.

100% only clean with isopropyl alcohol and turn on again after phone dries

My phone would not boot after the repair and I got the charging icon forever when I plugged in the charging cable, as if the battery was low and I did a hard reset by a quick up then down on volume buttons and then holding the power button until the Apple logo appeared and phone booted.The battery was not really low.
