Hiya we are travelling to Marmaris in couple of weeks I was looking for recent vlog for Marmaris I came across your vlog i have watched all of it and it has given me a lot off information we are going to same area the pizza shop you recommended is very close to our apartment 5 minutes walk I appreciate your effort keep it up thanks for your effort I will follow if there is anymore videos or tips it will be helpful thanks

if there’s any excursions you’re interested in try to haggle as much as you can and ask around to find the best prices, as for food local places were always cheaper. we enjoyed pizzarium (local) - ask for the English menu, KFC was always good, McDonald’s was okay but has no breakfast menu, Daisy beach & cafe was okay a little bland in my opinion and Taj Mahal the main place for desi dishes. I have got a big list of food places but haven’t tried them all myself if you’re interested

Been visiting marmaris for 20 years and next trip is later on in the year. Heard the prices at bars restaurants etc have rocketed is this true? Thanks

@allnightmike8374 it’s a lovely place this was my first time here & I will definitely visit again. As for the prices nothing was cheap, other than the pizza shop all the other places we went to had food and drinks priced quite higher than expected.

Ülkemize hoşgeldiniz. Çok daha güzel rotalar var bir daha gelmenizi tavsiye ederim. Fakat Lütfen temizliğe çok dikkat edin çöp konusunda çok üzülüyoruz. Denizleri normalde çok temizdi böyle bulanık gördüğüm için üzüldüm

Who did you book the excursions with

Jeep Safari with jet2 travel agent, water sports with marmaris water sports they’re based on the waterfront if you search them on google maps it’ll show you where exactly and the boat tour was with a boat called Aqua Life you can find them by the marina near the bazaar by the boat docks (where all the tour boats are parked up) but we booked ours at a excursion shop near our hotel next door to a shop called ‘Sarah Restoran Fun&Pub’

There’s loads of different boats to choose from party boats family boats etc. You’ll find there’s a lot of travel agents/ excursion agents near the beach or along the streets it is abit overwhelming since you don’t know who to go to but just trust your gut haha

Parasailing - £120 for 4 of us Paddle boat - he included that with the parasailing for us Jeep safari - £15pp Boat trip - £15pp

When was this filmed? How did you change money, & how many Lira to the Pound?

Tuesday 6th June - Tuesday 13th June, it was 29 lira to a pound at the time and changed the money at the exchange offices there was quite a few around Marmaris we visited the one just outside blue port first

the hotel wasn’t, the iron was £8 to rent for a week
